Bookings are only confirmed once 50% of the total room hire cost has been paid.
Any balances should be paid at least 14 days before the hire date.
A returnable cleaning deposit will be required – If the room(s) be left in a satisfactory condition this will be returned to you between 7 to 14 working days after your booking.
Cancellation Policy: More than 4 weeks prior to the booking - no charge and deposit refunded. Less than 4 but more than 2 weeks prior to the booking 25% of the cost is to be paid. Less than 2 weeks, full fee will be charged.
